At 50, I had a huge realisation: I had never had sex while sober.

That moment was a wake-up call, one of many following heartbreak, grief and a series of rock bottoms that pushed me to get the help I desperately needed.

Fast forward to today: I’m polyamorous, I’m sober and I’m thriving in ways I couldn’t have imagined.
