At Sober Haven, we believe that sobriety is more than a lifestyle , it’s a profound journey back to yourself. It’s about rediscovering peace, balance, and joy in the present moment.
Our retreats are designed to help you reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit through mindful living, heart-centred connection, and nourishing community.
Join us at our upcoming retreats in the peaceful countryside of Southminster, Essex on:
7–9th November, 19–21st December, and 9–11th January.
The Philosophy Behind Sober Haven Sober Haven was created as a sanctuary for those seeking clarity, healing, and genuine connection , a place where being alcohol-free is celebrated, not questioned.
Our philosophy is rooted in holistic wellbeing and joyful sobriety. We blend spiritual practices, nature, community, and creativity to help guests explore what it truly means
to thrive without alcohol. Each retreat is an opportunity to heal, connect, and grow in a
nurturing and empowering environment.
Why We Created Sober Haven
Sober Haven was born from a personal journey of transformation. We know how lonely
or challenging the path to sobriety can feel, and we wanted to create a safe space
where people could come together to heal — without pressure, judgment, or stigma.
Here, recovery is about rediscovery: of joy, laughter, and self-love. Our retreats invite
guests to experience the beauty of being present and the strength that comes from
choosing a mindful, alcohol-free life.
Our Collaboration with SoberLove
We’re thrilled to announce our collaboration with SoberLove, the pioneering dating
app for sober and asexual individuals. This partnership is all about deepening
emotional connection ,both with yourself and with others.
Our upcoming retreats with SoberLove will include holistic workshops and practices
for emotional healing and relationship growth, such as:
Heart Chakra Sound Healing
Theta Healing and Manifestation Practices
Cacao Ceremonies for Setting Intentions
Tarot and Intuitive Guidance for Clarity
Guests can expect a heartfelt and uplifting experience — one that encourages
vulnerability, connection, and self-discovery in a safe, supportive space.
Expanding Our Horizons: Sober Haven Greece Retreats

new Sober Haven retreats in Greece for next year:

15–21st September 2026
Set in stunning seaside locations, these week-long retreats combine sunshine, sea air,
and soulful healing. Expect yoga, meditation, sound baths, soulful workshops, beach
time, and authentic connection — all within a safe, sober, and heart-opening space.
A Personal Note: Why Safe, Sober Spaces Matter to Us
Creating Sober Haven is deeply personal. We’ve experienced firsthand how
transformative it can be to have spaces where you can be your full, authentic self — free from alcohol, pressure, or expectation.
We want every guest to feel safe, seen, and supported. These retreats are a
celebration of life lived consciously — a reminder that sobriety isn’t the end of fun or
freedom, but the beginning of a deeper, truer joy.
We can’t wait to welcome you to one of our upcoming retreats and share in the magic of connection, healing, and sober living together.
