We need you!

We’re looking for Sober Love Champions – dedicated members who can help build our community by moderating discussions, spreading the word, and hosting local meet-ups. No prior experience is necessary – just a passion for connection and supporting others on their journey.

Why Become a Sober Love Champion?

Our vision is to have a Champion in every city, town, and region, creating a global network of sober supporters who uplift and inspire each other.

As we grow, we hope to build our core team from our dedicated Champions.

You can volunteer as much time as you’d like, but we ask for a small minimum commitment. In return, you’ll receive 3 months of free premium access, with the opportunity to extend for 12 more months if you remain active!

What does a Champion do?

Community & Forum Support

Log in at least 3 times a week
Engage in discussions by posting, commenting, and welcoming new members
Moderate and respond to posts in dedicated location-specific threads (we’ll provide guidelines!)
Share resources and direct members to helpful blog posts and advice
Recommend regional sober resources and charities
Flag any concerning posts regarding mental health or safety to our team

Host Local Meet-Ups & Events

Champions will host quarterly local meet-ups. These can be as simple as a coffee gathering, a walk in the park, a group dinner, or a fun sober social event – whatever works best for your community!

Events should be open to all sober singles, whether or not they are Sober Love members, as a way to introduce them to our community. Attendees will RSVP to us, and we’ll provide a list of guests to the host.

Spreading The Word

Help us grow by:

Sharing SoberLove.app in local Facebook groups and sober communities (always following group rules!)
Distributing flyers in cafes, wellness centers, and social hubs
Engaging with and sharing our posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Connecting with local media, radio, or podcast hosts who may be interested in sharing our story
Sharing your success story if you found love through Sober Love!

We are a grassroots movement with a mission to make sober dating easier, and we rely on our amazing community to help us grow. In return, we’ll host quarterly Zoom calls to gather feedback, provide support, and improve our program.
